Green Lantern Review!

First off this movie was a good movie.

This movie out of superhero movies this year is my my least favorite. this movie was no THOR by any means. but it was a good movie.


 But i have to be honest i'm not a DC comics fan. When me and Dacia went to see this movie i had on a MARVEL Comics t-shirt on. and in terms of movie quality MARVEL dominates DC in every way. So when i came into this movie i already had my doubts..but let's get on to the review

Ryan Reynolds was great as Hal Jordan! i loved every time he was on the screen. He was funny and he could be serious when he needed to. There was one scene where he was basically in his drawers  Dacia looked like she was going to explode. (she loves this dude.....Badly...more than she loves me...lol just kidding...i hope) but overall good job Ryan you deserve it.


Blake Lively was good as Carol Ferris. She is a good looking woman. and she played her part well. 

What most people don't know is that there are more rings than GREEN and YELLOW and she will wear one of them..i am not saying the rest...but good performance Blake.


NOW for the show stealer and who did not get enough time on screen *which pisses me off * is Mark Strong as SINESTRO!!!

HE was AWESOME in this role..the main thing that makes me mad is that they didn't explore the relationship between him and Hal..and they rushed his story. *No spoilers*  but he did an awesome performance congrats on him. 

Now For Parallax and Hector Hammond as the main Villains 

They was good as villains in this movie but i did like how they got killed off *spoilers sorry* it was the same old same old with their plans for the world and galaxy. but they was cool for what they brought.


For the visuals they was great i loved all the aliens especially Kilowog 

loved this dude wanted to see more of him..i wanted to see more of everyone from the Lantern planet which is the main problem i have in this movie i wanted to stay on that planet not on earth. But i understand why they had to.


REGGIE'S VERDICT:
overall this a fun movie and i like it a lot BUT this movie does not stack up to the MARVEL movies in any way.

in some ways they looked like real old people.....


all the wrinkles in 


their face...

Sandra Bullock And Ryan Reynolds Played off of each other so well



 the story is kinda cliche having the mean boss persuade her assistant to marry her and they end up falling in love in the end.  its done the same but also a little different.

i like how they made Margret who is the mean cold lady actually ask her assistant for her help. and in the end of the movie she is not as cold as she was in the beginning of the movie.

Reggie's Verdict: the movie is very funny and at first when i watched it i wasn't a fan at all but i grew to it and ended up liking this movie.

I love this movie! Ryan was very Funny and real and such a treat to watch. He makes the best faces!!!

I like this move it because it had a true story feel to it. With Andrew Paxton (RR) playing a young guy trying to be a writer who has problems with connecting to his father. On top of that he has to deal wit his Mean but beautiful boss Margaret Tate who is lonley and has concerns of her own.

Andrew is pulled into Margaret's scam and the two go on a ride!

And throughout the weekend...She remember what love and family means....

Andrew learns that love is not only what he use to know true love again....

TRIPPLE THE ACTOR!!!!

Tron Legacy Review (Reggie's Personal Blog)

As Soon as i saw this in 3D at the theaters i was awe struck!..this one thing set the tone for this AMAZINGLY EPIC FILM!


This Movie is seriously one of the best movies I've seen...it is at least in the top 15 best movies I've seen.


In my eyes this movie had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH IT..and i say that with a ton of passion..i love how they put in some religious aspects into the movie and i love the idea of perfection in this movie also.


But some of the one liners are kind of silly but i let them go.


This movie had a father son story that connected with me on a lot of levels.

the biggest thing that surprised me was the connection between CLU and Kevin Flynn since Flynn created him.....and how CLU turned on Kevin *Which resulted him being trapped in the grid for over 20 years* and AWESOMENESS of both characters made me want to see them have their confrontation..which when that happened it featured one of the most emotional scenes i have ever seen and almost brought me to tears.
JEFF BRIDGES YOU ARE AN AWESOME ACTOR TO PULL OFF TWO EPIC ROLES!! 


Favorite Part Of Movie: Confrontation 
Kevin Flynn: I had a feeling you'd be here.
Clu: The cycles haven't been kind, have they?
Kevin Flynn: No, you don't look so bad.
Clu: I did everything... everything you ever asked!
Kevin Flynn: I know you did.
Clu: I executed the plan!
Kevin Flynn: As you saw it...
Clu: You- You promised that we would change the world, together. You broke your promise...
Kevin Flynn: I know. I understand that now.
Clu: I took this system to it's maximum potential. I created the perfect system!
Kevin Flynn: The thing about perfection is that it's unknowable. It's impossible, but it's also right in front of us all the time. You wouldn't know that because I didn't when I created you. I'm sorry, Clu. I'm sorry...



Speaking of emotional scenes there were a few more i wont say one but will say the other. When Sam Flynn..

Finally met or re met his dad after over 20 years it tugged my heart because that will be the same reaction if i was in the same place he was. i like how Sam wanted his father back home so much he was willing to do anything to get his father home.


Olivia Wilde as Quorra was also EPIC as well she played off of Sam And Kevin Flynn Real well i LOVED HER PERFORMANCE!!

Garrett Hedlund U WAS AMAZING IN THE MOVIE AS WELL YOUR FUTURE LOOKS SUPER BRIGHT AS AN ACTOR!


While the story was one of the best parts of the movie there was 2 other things that made this movie one of my favorites.


One Was the special effects which was the best special effects i have ever seen in a film..yes i said it ..even better than Avatar..and Jurassic Park.

I MEAN LOOK AT THAT THIS IS GORGEOUS.. ESPECIALLY IF U WATCHED IT IN HD..DEAR GOD ITS BEAUTIFUL LOL!!!


and another which really shocked me was the music....the music will get you pumped up and will make you sad..this is the ONLY score cd that i bought from the store all credit goes to DAFT PUNK

For making this amazing music for this amazing movie ALL OF YOU NEED TO PICK THIS SOUNDTRACK UP..NOW!!

I SWEAR THIS THE BEST MOVIE I SEEN IN 2010 AND THEIR ARE SOME GREAT ONES I LOVE THIS MOVIE TO THE FULLEST AND IF THEY MAKE TRON 3 I WILL BE THERE FIRST IN LINE TO SEE IT..I WILL GRADE TRON a TRIPLE A+++  THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MOVIES OF ALL TIME AND IT WILL ALWAYS BE..THIS MOVIE IS EPIC (SORRY DACIA FOR USING YOUR WORD LOL)...IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE YOU NEED TO BUY IT NOW!!!!

Hangover 2 Review..Reggie's Edition

LOL!!


Thats All i got to say about this movie..also this movie is the MAIN reason i never drink or smoke lol.

When i first heard of a hangover 2 i was very skeptical of it. My main question was what could do different?

The answer is nothing there wasn't anything different from the first one but, they still managed to make it funny..and a little better than the first one *which was decent at best*

But the saving grace of this movie and show stealer of the movie was........

Thats right the monkeys the show stealer.. every time its on the screen it made me laugh hard...really hard

the other gut that stole the show was..... CHOW

From the time he came on the screen to the last time we saw him he was HILARIOUS!! if they make a third hangover BRING THIS GUY BACK!!!!




Overall the story mirrors the first one in almost every way they do some twists and turns here but its a  very funny movie and if you liked the first one you should see it and if you didn't like the first this one i don't think will change your mind..your better off seeing Kung Fu Panda 2 lol
